Summer Food Service

SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM

Each year the U.S. Department of Agriculture partners with local organizations like Miami Public Schools to provide free meals to children when school is out for the summer.  Miami Public Schools will be providing free meals this summer beginning Thursday, May 16 through Friday, May 31.  There will be no meals served on Monday, May 27, which is the Memorial Day Holiday.  Meals are served at Nichols Upper Elementary 504 14th N.W.  Breakfast is served 8:00-8:30 and lunch is served 11:30-12:15.  There are no income requirements or registration.  Meals are provided to all children age 18 and under.  If you need more information or have questions, contact Lisa Namestka (918) 542-8455 ext. 16.    This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
