MEET THE PRINCIPAL

I am proud and honored to be the principal at Nichols Elementary and look forward to serving you and your family. We are a student-centered campus with high expectations for all staff and students. Our phenomenal staff of lifelong learners utilizes research-based instructional strategies, a variety of assessment tools, and professional learning communities to remain up-to-date on current educational practices. With a focus on Core Curriculum and differentiated instruction in the classroom, teachers strive to meet the needs of individual learners in the 21st Century. This talent, paired with our parental support and community ties, makes our school a very special place to be!

All benefit most when parents and community members are involved. Please support your child's education by reviewing folders and homework, communicating with your teachers, ensuring your child is at school, and showing an interest in what happens during their school day. In addition, I have an open door policy, so do not hesitate to contact me any time you feel the need to do so.
